Portable Water

Portable Water is a level 40 Armor obtained by completing the Sun Shard quest in The Whispering Dunes. It prevents the user from becoming dehydrated during the daytime and thus being unable to regenerate stamina, making it extremely useful. As for its physical appearance, its described to be a barrel on someones back with a small nozzle on the bottom, most likely to extract water from it, and with 2 straps on the sides crossing each other for it to be mounted onto the carrier.
